You will definitely acquire these at some point as you progress through the Endwalker story.

The headgear is a large feathered chapeau, and the gold accessories are a nice accent.

The torso equipment has a noble feel and is very stylish!

The simple decoration on the chest and the heavy leather decoration around the neck create a nice balance.

The cuffs are also very stylish.

The shoes are straight boots, and the design seems to be the same for both men and women.
