These will be available somewhere as you progress through the Endwalker storyline. (They can be obtained at Lv 89, and then dyed once the role quest for the Physical Ranged DPS is completed.)

The hat is fashionable with its black and white asymmetry!

The torso equipment is also in black and white, with a red insert that adds a nice touch.
