These are available in the Scholar’s Lv60 Job Quest. Alternatively, you can get it in exchange for the Centurio Seal at Yolaine in Foundation.
All the gear is unique, but this hat also has quite an impact!
It has two lenses. The eye lens is operational.
This torso equipment has something like crow feathers wrapped around its shoulders.
The belt is also quite distinctive, but what stands out most is the arm equipment that has something like a vacuum tube wrapped around it!
There is something like a tube around the waist. A device that sends out steam or something?
Unlike men’s, women’s wear is a skirt. The shoes are also small.
The scholar’s AF2 weapon “Elements” also has a steampunk atmosphere with decorations like vacuum tubes and gears.
