When you take aim, part of it will light up green along with an electronic sound.

The white base with green color scheme is beautiful and cute.

Judging from the way it glows, does it store and release some kind of energy?

It’s quite thick, so rather than cutting it, it seems like some kind of energy is causing damage to it.
