These can be obtained by advancing the Blue Mage job quest to level 50.

The headgear is a pirate-style hat with a unicorn embroidered on it.

The eye mask can also be removed.

The torso is a beautiful jacket with a slightly flashy tie and vest underneath.

The decorations on the shoulders and arms give it a very noble feel.

A blue ring is set on the hand as standard, and the cufflinks with blue gemstones are also very fashionable.

And the most distinctive part is this garter part!

This is a formal upper body with a tie and jacket, but the glimpse of garters is really cute and I love it♪

At first glance, they look like boots, but the legs and feet are actually different, with the legs being leggings-like up to the ankles, and the feet being short-length shoes.
