The final day of 2024 has finally come. So, I thought I’d take a look back at 2024 from Noriko’s perspective in this short story.
Eh! This year is already over. I thought I had just written this last year💦
Fufu, there were a lot of fun things this year, let’s take a look back.
January
This photo was taken in Kugane during the New Year. I’m worried that my brother’s bread is burnt so early in the New Year (lol)
January started off with the Fan Festival.
There was a fan festival at the Tokyo Dome. Although I was unsuccessful in getting tickets in advance, my brother managed to get tickets on the day, and I was able to go to both days, which was a great achievement.
It was a great event. I guess a lot of people didn’t know about same-day tickets. It seemed like you could still get in.
Furthermore, the final form of the Manderville Weapon was released in January. I was surprised at how futuristic the weapons were, but my brother was delighted.
But my brother never came home and I was really feeling frustrated (angry).
Although it was easy to evolve them all with just Allagan tomestones, my brother wanted to complete all the jobs, so he got up early in the morning, participated in mob hunting tours until late at night, and was exhausted while doing it…
Uh, yeah, sorry sorry, I don’t want to do that again💦
February
Since January was hectic, February was a relaxed month.
We also tried to build our first submarine, but I remember it cost us a ton of gil💦
Neither of us are very good at crafting, so we had been hesitant to start the submarine, but it was around this time that we finally got around to it. It took several months to complete, and it was really hard work…
Also, I remember buying a lot of white chocolate at the annual Valentione’s Day event lol
I was surprised when Noriko-chan bought 999 of each for not only herself but also for Norirow-san…
It was around this time that I suddenly wanted to cosplay as Lightning, so I bought a costume for it.
I want to be a strong woman like Lightning♪
Fufu, and I think this hairstyle suits you too.
March
The FF15 collaboration was repeated in March.
I want to use Shift Break forever, I wonder if it will be implemented?
And around this time, a surprising challenge began for me: we were going to challenge Eden Savage with three other people: Mahiru-san, Tom-san, and myself!
I managed to get my long-awaited hovership!
Nice, I’ll have to go get the hovership too.
April
On April 1st, April Fool’s Day, I took over this website and all of the social media without telling my brother (lol).
▼ I changed the title of the site to “Noriko Note” lol
However, my brother didn’t seem too surprised and said “It’s fine the way it is,” so I just used my name on social media (laughs).
In addition, there was also a FF16 collaboration in April.
Noriko-chan, you had a new hairstyle again, I think this was cute too.
Furthermore, the DAWNTRAIL benchmark software has also been released, which is making us even more excited.

May
I feel like I had a relatively slow time in May. Maybe it was like the calm before the DAWNTRAIL started?
I even modified “Live House NOTE”!

I added a few more lights and decorations. I think it’s a little brighter now.
I also cosplayed as Maomao from “The Apothecary Diaries.”
They’re both easily influenced by anime…
Then, on May 26th, the Norirow Note Eorzea Adventure Journal celebrated its 4th anniversary.
The record of this adventure is getting pretty long… I wonder how long it will last (distant look)
June
DAWNTRAIL will be released at the end of June, but there will be a flurry of events until then.
There was also a re-enactment of the Dragon Quest collaboration. The photo is with my good friend Himari-chan!
Around this time, I also released Reaper because I thought a girl wielding a scythe was cute (laughs).
I also got a new hairstyle here.
And finally, on June 28th, early access to DAWNTRAIL will begin. This photo is a graphic update by Tuliyollal. Has it changed a bit?
I’m sure it was just a slight change, but it got on my mind, and I remember spending hours using the Fantasia before going on an adventure lol
July
July was the month I thoroughly enjoyed DAWNTRAIL!
It was so much fun! It was an adventure that felt like a vacation, and the scenery was really beautiful too♪
Everywhere is so beautiful that I find myself stopping every time I advance in the adventure, and it took me a whole month to complete DAWNTRAIL. I was impressed by the sheer volume!
By the way, this is the guy who finally got his hands on some chicken at the Kentucky Fried Chicken collaboration revival in June.
I wasn’t able to get it last time, so I’m glad I can finally eat it💦
August
DAWNTRAIL came to an end in August, and I finally had some free time to relax.
Mahiru-san, Tom-san and I continued our Eden Savage trio strategy ♪
It was around this time that I became obsessed with scholars because their clothes were so cute.
A new house appeared and I had my brother turn his hideout into this.
It’s a great house to be able to climb onto the roof♪
September
I had a relatively relaxed September, so I think I was thinking about various glamours.

Fufu, this glamour is quite unusual for Noriko-chan, but it seems like the signs of her feelings for Sphene exploding were already there around this time (lol)
Also, my good friend Ten-chan renovated her house so I went to visit her! Ten-chan, Mame-chan and I!
It’s Christmas all year round in our house, and around this time we also put up a new Christmas tree in the basement.
No, there are too many Christmas trees…
October
The “Fry Egg” emote will be released in October. It’s over 20 seconds long!
Also, after watching Natsume’s Book of Friends, I somehow wanted to get The Nine Tails mounts, so I worked hard to collect them.
Noriko-chan has been influenced by anime again…
I also went to All Saints’ Wake with Himari-chan!
November
And then November was a turning point for many things. “The Minstrel’s Ballad: Sphene’s Burden” was released. I ended up playing it 153 times! (I’ve been playing it ever since then though lol)
I don’t usually do high-difficulty content, but I love Sphene so much that I felt I had to do this.
I was surprised when you suddenly started doing amazing laps💦
But I’m really glad it didn’t end up like Norirow-san’s Diamond Weapon 311 rounds…
Considering the 311 laps that my brother did, I was prepared to do at least 200 laps, but it was quicker than I thought and I was surprised! I was happy that I was able to enjoy the whole lap♪
And I was able to get the best mount. This is the best treasure ever. I will treasure it and think of Sphene-chan forever.
In addition, Dream Weapons were implemented in November, and treasure maps became extremely popular!
Noriko-chan was squandering a lot of money on the market board though…
December
Following the Dream Weapons, December is for some reason a rush of cute items!
There are so many great items being implemented that it’s almost overwhelming 💦 (scream of delight)
Yuweyawata’s equipment is so cute that I’m running around in circles…
FFBE costumes have been implemented…
I think it suits my brother very well too♪
Even Graha’s costume and hairstyle have been implemented.
There’s even a mount for the Twitch campaign, so it’s a real item rush!
This year’s Starlight Celebration was super extravagant! A special area was set up with a gigantic Christmas tree.
I want this tree in my garden too!
No, you definitely can’t put it there…
So, I had a lot of memories in 2024. It feels like the Fan Fest was just yesterday, so the year really went by in a flash.
I have been able to write a record every day for 365 days in this “Norirow Note Eorzea Adventure Journal”. I don’t know how much longer I can keep writing, but as long as I have wonderful treasures, I will keep writing a little at a time, and I hope that I can be of some help to someone, even if just a little.
