These should be available somewhere as you progress through the Endwalker story.

The headgear is a witch’s hat with a cute tip and accessory on the tip.

Black mages have the familiar eye patch on one eye.

The eye patch is removable so it can be coordinated with a variety of outfits.

The overall velvet material is beautifully simple, allowing the multiple accessories on the front to really stand out.

The hood on the back is cute.

Rings are also standard equipment.

It’s very stylish to have different accessories on each side.

This costume comes with a pouch and book around the waist.

The skirt is layered and the pattern on the inside is a really nice accent.

I feel like an adult witch♪

I think it’s just because Noriko wears them that they always look young, but in reality all of the costumes have a more adult look.
