This is a record of the Samurai AF6 weapon (equipment exclusive to level 100 jobs in the DAWNTRAIL edition) “Kogarasumaru.”
Ta-da! I got a really nice Katana ♪
It’s decorated in a very luxurious way, something I’ve never seen before.
The flower decoration hanging from the end of the handle is distinctive. I don’t think there have been many decorations that hang down this big before.
Is that a dragon at the end of the handle?
The sheath is also extremely intricate, with the string decorations arranged in a three-dimensional way that makes a big impact.
I think it’s a really beautiful sword♪
When you pull out the sword, you can see how sharp the blade is. It shines beautifully.
Another distinctive feature is the large tsuba!
The overall look is very impactful and cool.
What is the origin of this katana?
There also seem to be anecdotes about it being a family heirloom of the Heike clan.
