The brush is a good length and seems easy to handle.

The tip of the brush has a slight brown color, giving it a luxurious feel.

You can get this Weathered Round Brush (AF4 weapon) by starting the Pictmancer job quest. There is also a Level 90 (AF5 weapon) Round Brush with the same design.
