You should be able to obtain these at some point as you progress through Endwalker’s story.
Can be equipped from Lv89. Also, although it cannot be dyed at first, it becomes possible to dye it after clearing the Endwalker role quest.
This is a rare scholar’s cap without glasses. The velvet fabric looks comfortable.
The body armor is a very noble-looking velvet coat, and the medals look somewhat like military uniforms.
The frilly shirt inside is very stylish.
There is a ribbon emblem on the shoulder.
There’s also a cool emblem on the back.
The feet have a surprisingly rocky look.

The scholar’s AF5 weapon “Epeolatry” is also a high-class book decorated with ribbons just like the costume.
