It’s a rod that seems to make you good at ice magic.

A beautiful rod with a distinctive blue crystal on the top.

You can’t tell from the photo alone, but the crystal part sometimes emits a dazzling light.

The pedestal part is quite elaborately decorated.

The tip of the handle is elaborate and has a very luxurious feel.
