This is a mount of a lantern ghost that is often seen in Japanese monsters.

I will climb into his mouth.

His eyes move around sometimes.

His tongue is quite long! And as the name suggests, it sways.

There’s some kind of mark on the back.

Since it’s a lantern, maybe it’s made of paper…but since it’s a monster, it’s something completely different?

This “Burabura Chochin” can be obtained as an achievement reward called “Mononopeke” when you complete all 12 routes of Mt. Rokkon.
