These can be obtained by advancing the Astrologian job quest to level 60.

The most distinctive feature is this pointy hat that looks like a wizard.

The veil is removable.

There are moon and sun accessories throughout. The asymmetrical decoration on the arms is also fashionable!

Rings are standard equipment on the fingers, and there is also a small accessory case in the back.

The design of the feet is very nice.
