A penguin with a very cute face. The ribbon is stylish♪

And the most distinctive feature is this one leg! Rotate and move.

The tail part is hook-shaped because it has grooves for the legs to rotate.

It runs around in a figure-eight pattern, but when it comes to curves, it attacks at a very diagonal angle.
