This is a record of the Shiva-themed chocobo barding, the Ice Barding.
Look! I got such a beautiful outfit for my little chocobo ♪
Fufu, it looks just like Shiva’s own attire, doesn’t it.
Upon its head rests a crown of ice.
The chain ornaments give it such a cool, stylish look.
The barding itself is a deep blue — a design that feels truly, unmistakably Shiva. The material has a smooth, glossy texture that looks wonderfully soft to the touch.
The feathered sections are like purple flower petals in full bloom. The tail ornaments are edged in silver at the tips, and they’re simply beautiful.
The way they flutter about is quite charming, I must say.
The design on the back calls to mind ice and blossoms.
And in motion — galloping forward — it carries such a dignified, stunning grace!
This outfit is just so incredibly beautiful, I can’t stop staring > <
Fufu, knowing it belongs to Shiva makes it feel all the more meaningful somehow.
It really does… it’s enough to make me cry (｡pдq)
