Look, look! I got my favorite wooden round shield~♪

It’s the same design as the “Warded Round Shield” you often use, Norico-chan.

It’s an old-fashioned round shield made of layered wooden boards, held together with copper around the rim. The classic pattern and the wood grain are lovely!

The hand axe’s design also has a natural feel, giving it a slightly wild look.

It’s almost shaped like a beast’s fang — it looks like it could hook as well as cut in a fight.

The handle keeps the wood as it is, and the fact that it isn’t perfectly straight gives it a nice character.

Hehe, I think I actually really like this combination♪

It kind of suits the Beastmaster — that primal feel goes nicely with the starting gear.

By the way, this “Beast Whisperer’s Hand Axe” and “Beast Whisperer’s Round Shield” can be obtained through the Beastmaster’s job quests. If you ever lose them, you can also reacquire them from the Calamity Salvager in any of the three city-states.
