I love that the grip is red~♪

It’s a simple design, but the elegant use of red and white together with the metallic texture is what makes it so lovely.

I wonder if the emblem up top is meant to be a flame? It’s a single-edged axe with what looks like a pick point on the other side, so it seems like it could support all sorts of attack patterns.

I also think it’s cute how the end of the handle forms a cross~♪

Is the emblem on the shield maybe a sun?

By the way, you can get both this “Beast Tender’s Hand Axe” and “Beast Tender’s Hoplon” from the Beastmaster job quests. And if you ever lose them, you can reclaim them from the Calamity Salvager in any of the three city-states.

Pairing this axe with the “Veldian Shield” is my favorite combo right now~♪

It’s nice that you can glamour in a Paladin shield — it opens up all kinds of coordinating options.
